![]() For about fifty dollars you lost me as a customer. I will not be using you Advance Auto Part as they do not support their customers. I am not adding the thousands of dollars of parts for my other vesicles. I have just finished restoring the Jeep and have hundreds if not thousands of dollars of Advanced Auto's parts in the Jeep. I was told they could not issue a refund or give me a store credit. I returned to the Ramsey NJ Advance Auto to get a refund and I am told they could only do an exchange, I told them I did not need an exchange as all ready replaced both pumps as they were defective. I sourced a 3rd pump from a different parts supplier. So installed the 2nd pump from Nanuet it leaked fuel. Nanuet said they could not refund me for the purchase of the 2nd pump I had to go back to Ramsey NJ for my refund of the bad pump. Towed home tested the pump no pressure, the Ramsey NJ location did not have another pump so I went the Nanuet New York Advance auto. ![]() I purchase a fuel pump for my 1979 Jeep CJ7, replaced it drove about 200 miles on it, it stops pumping. I believe my package was there but Dave didn't like that I spoke up for myself, I felt belittled and overlooked as a African American Female customer while Dave sought out to greet, assist and appease someone who looked like him. ![]() at 4pm, there was a customer behind me that I held the door open for, the Clerk Dave immediately greeted him and started to help the customer that walked in behind me, they were having a full conversation about a product until I said excuse me, I was here first, Dave stated " Well actually I don't know who came in first, I said we made eye contact, the gentleman was behind me and you proceeded in assisting him first, I said that is very rude, Dave proceeded to say "and?" So I said "and I don't appreciate that, he again said "and? I made him aware that I have a package that is suppose to be shipped here, he looked at my driver's license and it seemed as if he was looking then told me the system is down and he can't keep customers waiting, he proceeded to tell me "well maybe it's in the wrong name, I told him my name has been my name for 50 years so that can't be the case and this isn't the first package I chose to get delivered here.He stated well I don't see your package. 12-31-2022 I walked in to Advanced Auto on 95 S. ![]()
